All Three Major U.S. Stock Indexes Close Lower
According to Jinse Finance, U.S. stocks opened lower and continued to decline, with all three major indexes closing down. The Nasdaq fell 0.91%, the S&P 500 dropped 0.84%, and the Dow Jones slipped 0.7%. Major tech stocks mostly declined: Tesla fell nearly 4%, Apple dropped more than 1%, while Microsoft, Nvidia, Google, Netflix, Amazon, and Meta saw slight decreases; Intel edged up slightly.
