An exchange falls over 4.33% under the dual blow of a US Supreme Court ruling and Ark’s reduction

According to ChainCatcher, market data shows that a certain exchange's stock once fell more than 4.33% during trading, and is currently down 3.79%.
On Monday, Cathie Wood's Ark Invest sold 124,892 shares of the exchange, worth approximately $43.8 million. On June 30, the U.S. Supreme Court also rejected a request to protect the exchange's user data from review by the Internal Revenue Service.
