According to ChainCatcher, citing Jinshi Data, Goldman Sachs stated that there is reason to believe the US dollar may soon begin trading as a "higher-risk" currency. However, Goldman Sachs has not yet observed a permanent shift in the dollar's safe-haven appeal. Analysts wrote in the report that policy uncertainties remain high, ranging from tariffs to the independence of the Federal Reserve.
