Belgravia Hartford completes $5 million convertible bond financing to purchase BTC
According to ChainCatcher, as reported by Businesswire, Belgravia Hartford Capital has announced the completion of a $5 million convertible bond financing with Round 13 Digital Asset Fund.
Belgravia Hartford Capital stated that it will use the entire $5 million to increase its Bitcoin holdings (currently at 40.77 BTC), and will issue a separate announcement once the purchase is completed.
