According to ChainCatcher, Simon Gerovich, CEO of the Japanese listed company Metaplanet, announced on the X platform that the company has submitted a shelf registration statement to regulators, planning to issue up to 555 billion yen in perpetual preferred shares to support its capital structure and strategic expansion.
