According to official sources reported by Jinse Finance, Animoca Brands and its affiliated companies have announced a strategic investment in Cool Cats Group, with the specific amount undisclosed. Upon completion of the investment, Animoca Brands and Coin Operated Group will hold a majority stake in Cool Cats Group. It is reported that Animoca Brands will appoint two new board members to advance the development of the NFT project Cool Cats: Yat Siu, co-founder and executive chairman of Animoca Brands, and Kenneth Shek, head of the Mocaverse and Moca Network projects.
