Working directly with CEO Sander Andersen and COO Johannes Wiik, Brookshire will be responsible for accelerating Bitcoin accumulation, refining long-term strategic plans, and strengthening communication with investors and stakeholders. Andersen described the appointment as a major boost to H100’s mission, citing Brookshire’s “knowledge, experience, and network in the Bitcoin treasury space” as critical to driving sustainable growth and enhancing shareholder value.
In his first public statement, Brookshire called joining H100 “a pivotal moment” in his career, highlighting the company’s “clear commitment to building a world-class Bitcoin treasury” and its vision to establish itself among the top global players in the space.
H100 Group, headquartered in Sweden and listed on the NGM Nordic SME exchange, has positioned Bitcoin at the core of its corporate strategy. The firm aims to expand its digital asset holdings while pursuing strategic acquisitions to strengthen its ecosystem and long-term market position.
The appointment reflects a growing trend of companies enhancing their Bitcoin expertise at the executive level as adoption among institutional investors accelerates. With Brookshire’s arrival, H100 is signaling both its confidence in Bitcoin’s long-term value and its ambition to lead in the competitive Bitcoin treasury market.
Notably, H100 Group recently marked a major milestone in its international expansion by officially joining the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol GS9. The listing, announced on July 22, allows European investors to trade its shares in euros without requiring any new stock issuance.
