Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund holds $530 million worth of BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF
based on the documents disclosed by the US SEC today, the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala held 8,726,972 shares of IBIT as of June 30, with a market value of approximately $534 million. This position has remained unchanged since the last disclosure in May.
Additionally, in a new document, Al Warda Investments disclosed that it held 2,411,034 shares of IBIT as of June 30, with a market value of approximately $147.5 million. The manager of this position is identified in the document as the Abu Dhabi Investment Council, which is a sovereign wealth fund under Mubadala.
