Hong Kong official withdraws from Bitcoin Asia conference to avoid contact with Eric Trump
ChainCatcher News, according to Bloomberg, Eric Yip, Executive Director of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, and legislator Johnny Ng have withdrawn from the list of speakers at the Bitcoin Asia conference.
According to sources familiar with the matter, the two made this decision after receiving advice to avoid contact with Eric Trump, son of U.S. President Donald Trump. Eric Trump is one of the participants in the conference.
