Federal Reserve officials expect a total of 2 rate cuts this year, bringing rates down to 50 basis points
According to ChainCatcher, citing Golden Ten Data, the Federal Reserve's dot plot shows that out of 19 officials, 2 expect a total rate cut of 50 basis points in 2025, that is, two rate cuts, which is a decrease from 8 officials in June.
