Canaan announces signing a 4.5MW contract in Japan to deploy its Avalon water-cooled Bitcoin miners
ChainCatcher reported that Canaan Inc. announced the signing of a 4.5MW contract in Japan to deploy its Avalon water-cooled bitcoin miners for real-time grid balancing and energy optimization.
The facility, led by a major regional utility company, will use Canaan Inc.'s intelligent control chips to dynamically adjust voltage, frequency, and hash rate to help stabilize the grid and improve efficiency. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
