The Smarter Web Company announces completion of private placement of 407,500 common shares
Jinse Finance reported that the UK bitcoin treasury company The Smarter Web Company has announced the completion of a placement of 407,500 ordinary shares (hereinafter referred to as "Subscription Shares") in accordance with the terms of the Subscription Agreement announced on September 4, 2025. The total funds raised from this placement of Subscription Shares amounted to £276,781.80 (before deducting related expenses), equivalent to approximately £0.68 per share. After settlement is completed earlier this week, the company will receive about 98% of the raised funds. According to the Subscription Agreement, the remaining balance of ordinary shares yet to be placed is 13,470,500 shares.
