Balancer: This vulnerability is limited to V2 Composable Stable Pools
ChainCatcher news, Balancer protocol has issued an announcement confirming that its V2 Composable Stable Pools have suffered from a vulnerability attack. The Balancer team has collaborated with top security researchers to conduct an investigation and has committed to sharing a complete post-mortem analysis report as soon as possible. Currently, all affected pools that can be paused have been urgently frozen and entered recovery mode.
Balancer emphasized that this vulnerability is limited to V2 Composable Stable Pools and does not affect Balancer V3 or other pool types. The team also warned users to be cautious of scam messages impersonating the Balancer security team, stating that official updates will only be released through its official X (Twitter) account and Discord server.
