The Dow Jones fell 0.05%, the S&P 500 Index dropped 0.23%, and the Nasdaq fell 0.4%. Microsoft (MSFT.O) declined by 2.8% after lowering its AI software sales targets due to lukewarm customer response. Marvell Technology (MRVL.O) rose more than 7% as the company announced it would acquire Celestial AI for up to $5.5 billion.
