The protocol allows governance to decide whether to migrate, destroy, or reallocate funds. The scheme supports main chains such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and Tron, with minimal performance impact and only requires simple updates to node and wallet software. The project has received $8 million in seed round funding.
