Various equipment companies are verbally coordinating the number of devices that can be delivered next year. The equipment industry expects that about 200 devices will be ordered for this factory, including HBM4 testers. At a price of 1.5 to 2 billion KRW per unit, the total price could reach up to 400 billion KRW.
