Canadian Prime Minister: British Columbia will "significantly benefit" from the proposed oil pipeline
Carney emphasized that the construction of the pipeline must simultaneously meet three conditions: ensuring that the province of British Columbia (BC) benefits tangibly, building a massive carbon capture project concurrently, and conducting thorough consultations with local Indigenous communities.
