With further engagement from both sides, the original 28-point peace plan drafted by the United States has been refined, and only a few differences remain. To finalize this peace plan, Trump said he has instructed envoy Steve Witkoff to travel to Moscow to meet and consult with Russian President Putin. At the same time, U.S. Secretary of the Army Dan Driscoll will meet with the Ukrainian side to discuss the peace plan.
