According to the latest filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Nuveen Churchill Private Capital Income Fund achieved strong capital raising performance in the first quarter of 2026.During this period, the fund received a total of $120 million in gross subscriptions, reflecting the market's continued recognition of its private capital investment strategy. This subscription scale highlights investors' demand for yield-oriented alternative assets allocation under the current economic environment. As an investment vehicle under a certain exchange focusing on the private credit sector, the fund primarily provides financing solutions to enterprises through direct lending and private debt investments, while also generating stable cash flow returns for investors. Despite ongoing fluctuations in global interest rates and economic growth uncertainties, professional investment institutions remain enthusiastic about allocating to private credit assets. The fund’s inflow during this quarter also provides an important reference index for observing trends in the alternative investment market in the second half of the year.
