ChainCatcher news, Nasdaq-listed company CIMG (NASDAQ code: IMG) announced that it has reached a strategic cooperation with the decentralized AI training platform FLock.io and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a FLOCK token treasury reserve (“DAT”) strategy. Relying on FLock's privacy-preserving AI technology, both parties will jointly develop an AI health monitoring and intelligent recommendation product called LifeNode. Through the strategic holding and application of FLOCK tokens, this cooperation will accelerate the large-scale implementation of privacy-preserving AI technology in the consumer health sector. FLOCK tokens will be continuously used and circulated to incentivize node participation and model contributors, helping CIMG maintain industry leadership in the research and innovation of privacy-preserving health products.

Jinse Finance reported that blockchain payment infrastructure Kira has announced the completion of a $6.7 million seed round of financing, with participation from Blockchange Ventures, Vamos Ventures, Stellar Blockchain, Grit Ventures, Credibly Neutral Ventures, Michael Seibel, and Oso Trava.
