United Parcel Service announced that the company will continue to assess anticipated changes in volume across its integrated air and ground network, and may accordingly identify additional workforce optimization plans.

By closely monitoring the volume trends of its air and ground transportation networks, UPS will flexibly adjust its human resource allocation based on actual business needs. If there are structural changes in network capacity, further streamlining of personnel cannot be ruled out.
