US February Import Price Index MoM +1.3%, Exceeding ExpectationsGlonghui, March 25|In the US, the Import Price Index for February rose 1.3% month-on-month, higher than the expected 0.5%. The previous value was revised from 0.2% to 0.6%. The Export Price Index increased by 1.5% month-on-month, also above the expected 0.5%. The previous value was 0.6%. The US current account deficit for the fourth quarter was $190.7 billion, better than the expected $211.0 billion and the previous value of $226.4 billion.
