The "Friendship" oil pipeline resumes operation; Slovak Prime Minister: This proves the pipeline was not damaged
Golden Ten Data reported on April 23 that Slovak Prime Minister Fico stated at a press conference on April 23 local time that Ukraine had cut off the "Druzhba" (Friendship) oil pipeline for political reasons. "At 2 a.m. today, the 'Druzhba' oil pipeline resumed operation, clearly proving that the pipeline was not damaged." Fico added that on the same day, 13,500 tons of crude oil would be delivered to Slovakia via the "Druzhba" pipeline, and the oil transport volume is expected to reach 119,000 tons by the end of April. Slovak Economy Minister Saková said at the same press conference that the country's petrochemical plants have resumed full-capacity operations, consuming about 17,000 tons of crude oil daily. She stated that the resumption of oil supply through the "Druzhba" pipeline helps stabilize Central Europe and even the whole European region.

Spain dismantles a pirated comic website, seizing crypto cold wallets involving 400,000 euros
According to Odaily, Spanish local police, during an operation to crack down on illegal comic distribution platforms, seized two cryptocurrency cold wallets containing approximately 400,000 euros (about 467,000 US dollars) in assets. The operation was carried out by the Almería police and resulted in the arrest of three suspects as well as the dismantling of what is said to be the country's largest Spanish-language pirated comic website. Reportedly, this platform had provided free pirated content since 2014 and mainly profited through advertising, with a total income exceeding 4 million euros over the past ten years. Notably, the cold wallets involved in the case were hidden inside a thermometer in a wall. The police have not yet disclosed whether they have obtained the relevant private keys or access to the funds. (Cointelegraph)
