According to statements released by both parties, SambaNova will adopt Intel's server processors and graphics card products in their cooperation over the coming years, and the two sides will also work together on sales and marketing to promote the implementation of solutions. Intel had already invested in SambaNova as early as 2019, and this time has further increased its participation in the new funding round. It is worth noting that Intel CEO Patrick P. Gelsinger also serves as Chairman of SambaNova. He took on the role of Chairman at the company as early as 2017 and participated in early investments through his venture capital firm Walden International.
