Quarterly report releases may become optional, but analysts predict that the vast majority of US companies will continue to issue quarterly earnings reports.Golden Ten Data reported on April 24 that last year, Trump restarted the plan for companies to shift from issuing quarterly financial reports to semi-annual reports, and it is expected that the US SEC will soon officially seek public comment on a proposal to eliminate the quarterly reporting requirement. However, investors and market participants say that the vast majority of companies are unlikely to accept this change, as it could harm company valuations. Sam Lyons, macro strategist at WisdomTree Asset Management, stated that any company making this change would appear on active investment managers' screening lists and could be reduced, removed from portfolios, or have its valuation reconsidered. While JPMorgan expressed support for this proposal, it said it would continue to provide quarterly guidance to the market through conference calls with analysts and investors. Mike Reynolds, Vice President of Investment Strategy at asset and wealth management company Glenmede, said he expects the vast majority of companies to continue reporting quarterly.

Willy Woo: Bitcoin needs at least another ten years to be accepted as a safe-haven assetForesight News reported that Willy Woo tweeted, "Most Bitcoin supporters believe that Bitcoin is a safe-haven asset, but it's not that simple. It has the characteristics of a safe-haven asset. During wartime, you can take your seed phrase, cross borders, and start over without losing your wealth. It should be independent of existing systems and thrive when those systems collapse. These are exactly the features you'd expect from a safe-haven asset. Bitcoin has these characteristics, but to this day, during times of uncertainty and war, its trading performance resembles that of a risk asset and is highly sensitive to uncertainty. This is because large capital pools do not recognize Bitcoin's characteristics, seeing it as too new and untested. As a result, its trading resembles the Nasdaq Index. It will still need ten more years to be accepted as a safe-haven asset in the market, and possibly even longer. When it is recognized, its market capitalization will rival that of gold."
