The Israel-Iran conflict causes a sharp decline in Iraq's crude oil exports
Golden Ten Data reported on May 17 that Iraq’s new oil minister, Bassem Mohammed Khudair, stated at a press conference on the 16th that the country exported about 10 million barrels of crude oil through the Strait of Hormuz in April, far below the approximately 93 million barrels per month before the outbreak of the US-Israel-Iran conflict. The largest IPO in history is here! SpaceX plans to go public on June 12. Elon Musk: Not selling a single share.
Glonghui, May 17 – According to market sources, SpaceX plans to go public on June 12, kicking off what could become the largest initial public offering (IPO) in history. The rocket company under Elon Musk is aiming to raise as much as $80 billion or even more, and SpaceX is expected to list on the Nasdaq. Insiders said that deal advisors initially expected the company to debut around June 17, but the timetable has recently been brought forward. However, the schedule could still change. This is set to be one of the most anticipated listings in recent years and is expected to be a focal point in this year’s busy IPO calendar. SpaceX’s expected stock ticker will be “SPCX.” The company has accelerated its IPO schedule and now plans to publish its prospectus as early as next Wednesday, targeting a roadshow launch on June 4 and possibly selling shares as early as June 11. SpaceX favors a Nasdaq listing because the company hopes to be included in the Nasdaq 100 Index as soon as possible. Furthermore, Musk stated that he will not sell any SpaceX stock. “I’m not going to sell any shares,” Musk wrote on the X platform in response to a user, who had previously suggested he cash out after the lock-up period.
