Chicago soybean and corn futures rose by up to about 2%, while New York cocoa surged approximately 5.2%, approaching the January 13 high of $5,658.CBOT corn futures rose 1.84% to $4.4275 per bushel. CBOT wheat futures increased 0.88% to $6.0125 per bushel. CBOT soybean futures rose 1.98% to $11.5750 per bushel. Soybean meal futures gained 1.50%, and soybean oil futures increased 2.14%. ICE raw sugar futures rose 0.89%, and ICE white sugar futures increased 0.05%. ICE Arabica coffee futures fell 3.28%, and coffee “C” futures dropped 0.16%. Robusta coffee futures rose 1.69%. New York cocoa futures increased 5.17% to $5,230 per ton. London cocoa futures rose 1.04%. Chicago WCE low-erucic acid rapeseed futures gained 0.50%. ICE cotton futures increased 0.96%.
