According to a public account of lawyer Liu Honglin, the latest disclosed 13F filing shows that the overseas fund under Dongfang Port Bay, managed by Dan Bin, has newly purchased over 30,000 shares of Circle, with a market value exceeding three million dollars, accounting for less than 0.3% of the entire portfolio.

S&P Global announced that the UK's manufacturing PMI rose from 51.0 in March to 53.7 in April, with the final value slightly higher than the preliminary 53.6. S&P stated that restrictions on ships attempting to pass through the Strait of Hormuz have led to delivery times extending to the most severe level in nearly four years. Although the survey showed that both output and new orders increased in April, the growth rate of manufacturers’ input costs has reached its fastest pace since June 2022. Rob Dobson, S&P Global Market Intelligence Director, said: "The increase in output is partly due to customers making early purchases to avoid anticipated price hikes and supply disruptions. As this process fades later this year, combined with declining business confidence, the industry's growth may cool, while inflationary pressures will remain elevated."```
