Authors compound Apple’s AI struggles with fresh content use lawsuit

    Jinse Finance reported that U.S. senators have released the latest draft of a significant crypto market structure bill, which calls for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to establish a Joint Advisory Committee on Digital Assets. This committee aims to bring together regulatory agencies that sometimes treat crypto assets differently. Although the advisory committee only provides non-binding recommendations, each commission must issue a public statement every time the committee submits findings or recommendations, explaining its decision on whether to take action.

    Swedbank: The US SEC has ended its investigation and will not take enforcement action
    Jinse Finance reported that Swedbank stated the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has terminated its investigation into the bank and has taken no enforcement action. Swedbank Deputy CEO Thomas Hedberg said in a statement: "With the SEC's announcement, we have concluded another investigation into historical issues." Reportedly, the investigation was launched in 2019 and involved Swedbank's past information disclosure matters. The statement also noted that investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and the New York State Department of Financial Services into the bank are still ongoing. The statement mentioned that Swedbank is currently unable to assess the potential financial impact of these ongoing investigations, nor can it determine when the investigations will conclude.
