    Jinse Finance reported that after Federal Reserve Chairman Powell expressed concerns about the labor market yesterday, Wall Street is increasingly betting that the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates twice or more in 2026. Scott Helfstein of Global X stated: "A dovish Federal Reserve should generally be favorable for risk assets, especially growth and cyclical stocks." He also pointed out, "As borrowing rates decline, industries related to the corporate investment cycle may also be in a favorable position." He added that the appeal of short-term bonds and gold may decrease slightly. "If short-term interest rates fall, long-duration bonds may attract more attention."
