Bitget Wallet and Alchemy Pay launch zero-fee USDC fiat on-ramp service in Hong Kong and other non-mainland regions
Foresight News reported that Bitget Wallet has partnered with payment infrastructure platform Alchemy Pay to launch a zero-fee USDC deposit feature, available in markets such as Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and Africa. Users in Hong Kong and other non-mainland regions can purchase USDC with one click via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and local bank transfers, enjoying zero transaction fees and zero network fees. The settlement exchange rate is based on real-time market rates, and small transactions can be credited instantly.This zero-fee mechanism is supported by Alchemy Pay's stablecoin subsidy program and is promoted in cooperation with a certain exchange, aiming to reduce the cost for users to acquire digital dollars and expand USDC's usage coverage in high-growth markets. This deposit solution also supports multiple local payment channels.
