What is CDD?
CDD stands for Customer Due Diligence. It refers to the standard process of verifying a user's identity and assessing the risks they may pose before allowing access to buy crypto services — part of global KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance.
Why is CDD required?
To enhance account security and reduce trading risks in fiat services, our partner channels now require Customer Due Diligence (CDD) information from users during the credit/debit card crypto purchase process. Users can submit their CDD information directly on the [Buy Crypto] page when prompted — a window will appear during the transaction process if verification is needed.
