Bitget Announces Support for Tether (USDT) on Plasma Network

Tether (USDT) on the Plasma network, further expanding its growing suite of multi-chain connectivity solutions. This integration marks another step in Bitget’s effort to make asset transfers faster and more affordable for users worldwide. Withdrawal functionality for USDT via Plasma will be introduced at a later stage, with a separate announcement to follow.
The addition of Plasma support allows users to move USDT across networks with
lower gas costs and near-instant finality, reinforcing Bitget’s role as a global hub for multi-chain liquidity. As stablecoins continue to play a larger role in on-chain payments and institutional transactions, the integration provides traders and developers with a reliable, cost-efficient option for cross-network activity.
