In addition, the motion proposes that the government confirm it does not intend to change the definition of legal tender or introduce a central bank digital currency (CBDC).

Since Circle did not conduct a compliance freeze, the funds were subsequently bridged to another chain. The hacker stole over 300 million US dollars from an exchange user by bribing customer service.
