SlowMist founder, Yu Xian, posted on social media that the link sent by scammers in private messages starting with api.twitter[.]com is actually a "backdoor application". This is a fake Calendy, with an extra period after the application name. Once you authorize it, scammers can publish phishing information. According to our investigation, the phishing websites posted by scammers are related to the former team PinkDrainer. Scammers always impersonate well-known "journalists", "project parties", "capital parties", "investment research parties" and other easy-to-fall-for cooperation tricks to lure people in.
