Circle has completed the upgrade to USDC 2.2 version
Stablecoin company Circle has completed the upgrade to version 2.2 of USDC. This update brings a series of changes, including improved gas efficiency, support for account abstraction and smart contract wallets, and enhanced currency flexibility when dealing with forks. Circle claims that the cost reduction can reach 6%-7%, and cross-chain burning and minting of USDC can also save 3%-4%.
