According to ChainCatcher news, according to WhaleAlert monitoring, a pre-mine address that held 197 ETH (approximately $622,685) and participated in the ETH ICO was activated after being dormant for 8.7 years.
Currently, these ETH have been transferred to the address starting with 0x409e.
