Venezuela's state oil company PDVSA seeks to bypass US sanctions via Tether

Venezuelan state-owned oil company PDVSA is seeking Tether (USDT) as a new means to bypass US sanctions against it. PDVSA is reportedly trying to integrate more USDT usage to hedge against the risk of foreign bank accounts being frozen.
