According to The Block, Worldcoin's main supporters Sam Altman and Alex Blania recently had a conversation with Malaysian leaders, attempting to improve government relations while expressing their commitment to protecting user data and privacy.According to an article on X, Blania is the Chief Developer of Worldcoin and CEO and co-founder of Tools of Humanity.Before the two met with Malaysian officials, a series of measures seemed to indicate that the project was taking seriously issues related to data collection and privacy and was willing to work more closely with regulatory agencies and government officials.Last month, Worldcoin faced two temporary bans, with Spain and Portugal both ordering the project to stop collecting people's personal data.
