BB Price Prediction
Let’s talk briefly about the project first. BounceBit aims to combine the advantages of CeFi and DeFi to provide higher income opportunities and wider applications for BTC. In short, this is an interest-earning product for BTC. The question that users are most concerned about is: How to generate revenue? How to ensure the safety of BTC assets?
The source of income is clear: BTC is hosted to CeFi (Ceffu, Mainnet Digital and Fireblocks, etc.), and they perform arbitrage to earn basic income. The managed BTC unlocks liquidity through the liquidity token $BBTC and is issued on the Bouncebit chain.
$BBTC is equivalent to the underlying BTC asset on Bouncebit, and can then participate in operations such as LSD and LRD: pledge $BBTC to node operators to obtain POS staking income, and unlock liquidity through the LST token $stBTC. $stBTC can be staked again to obtain additional POS staking income or enter DeFi applications.
In addition, the POS node supports dual token $BB and $BBTC staking. In terms of security, Ceffu, Mainnet Digital, Fireblocks, Antalpha, etc. are all compliant and technically strong institutions. BounceBit brings various revenue models common on ETH to BTC: including CeFi, POS staking, re-staking and Defi.
Valuation and income calculation: The total amount of $BB is 210 million pieces, with an initial circulation of 4.095 million pieces (accounting for 19.50%).
It has currently raised RMB 7.98 million, with a valuation of approximately RMB 38 million at a 21% investor ratio.
Taking into account information such as over-the-counter points prices, valuations in related fields, financing status, and chip distribution, the opening price is expected to be around US$0.57, with a reasonable price range between US$0.4 and US$1. The project has good fundamentals and potential, but there is a lot of initial circulation and a high proportion of airdrops, so there is a certain selling pressure; if it can drop below 0.4 or even optimally below 0.36, it will be a good entry price.
