Coinbase: The US SEC is determined to kill the cryptocurrency industry
cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has claimed in documents submitted to a US appeals court that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will continue to take enforcement actions against the cryptocurrency industry in an effort to "strangle" the industry. The destruction of digital assets by the SEC is serious, and the company is constantly pushing the court to force the SEC to establish fair rules for the cryptocurrency industry. However, the exchange believes that the agency seems unwilling to sit down and develop clear, fair guidance. Giving the agency further opportunities to explain itself is meaningless and extremely unworthy.
