Analyst: Institutional interest in spot Ethereum ETFs weakens due to lack of collateral
Cryptocurrency derivatives trader Gordon Grant stated that the appeal of spot Ethereum ETFs to institutional players will weaken until staking is possible. Many may wait for staking approval before allocating funds to such funds. Grant noted that institutional traders will use on-chain solutions until spot Ethereum ETFs are enabled for monitoring.
