Starknet announced that STRK staking will soon be available on Starknet, with the aim of increasing the utility of the STRK token and gradually increasing the decentralization of the network. According to the disclosed information, the testnet and mainnet will be launched in the fourth quarter of 2024. During this initial stage, neither StarkWare nor the Starknet Foundation will participate in staking activities, so they will not be eligible for any staking rewards.
