Odaily News Telegram founder Pavel Durov said in his personal Telegram channel early this morning that although he prefers dogs, Telegram has the worlds largest community of cat lovers - Catizen. This small game has more than 26 million players on Telegram, and has earned $16 million through in-app purchases, and donated 1% of it to rescue stray cats in the real world. Catizen introduced Blockchain technology to millions of people by using TON-based smart contracts for in-game rewards, and provided other developers with tools so that they can easily launch their own games on Telegram and TON. Finally, he said that he looks forward to the Catizen team developing a Dogizen in the future. Earlier news, Telegrams monthly active users have reached 950 million.
