July 31- Joe Ayoub, co-founder of Rug.AI, a security platform on the artificial intelligence chain, said in a post on X that he will no longer be involved in the day-to-day operations of the project. Ayoub revealed that he previously resigned from a leading global organization and founded Rug.AI a year ago with a friend he considered trustworthy, and that as of today he has no stake in the company, which is legally owned by his co-founders. But he has made it clear that Ayoub will need to take legal action to get a stake in the company, as he doesn't think the two ever agreed to share ownership.
