Xinhuo Technology: ABCDE's total asset management is US$400 million, of which Li Lin owns 31.25% of the equity
According to the latest announcement from Xinhuo Technology, Xinhuo Asset Management has signed an asset management service framework agreement with its controlling shareholder Li Lin, providing asset management services for its affiliated funds, including ABCDE Fund, New World Fund, New Era Fund, and MS Fund, with management fees ranging from 1-2%. As of June 30th this year, the total asset management amount of ABCDE is 400 million US dollars, of which Li Lin owns 31.25% equity; the total asset management amount of New World Fund is 200 million US dollars, of which Li Lin owns 50.00% equity; the total asset management amount of MS Fund is 18.1 million US dollars, of which Li Lin owns 96.13% equity.
