According to 0xScope's monitoring, the market observed 1 billion USDT being minted prior to the release of the CPI data, and Cumberland subsequently received 183 million USDT and distributed it to various CEXs. Cumberland then received 183 million USDT and distributed it to multiple CEXs, and since August 5, Cumberland has transferred a total of 950 million USDT to major exchanges, according to the data.
