Telegram Founder Has Citizenship of Russia, France, St. Kitts and Nevis, and UAE
Telegram founder and CEO Pavel Durov became a French citizen in August 2021, according to Reuters. He moved Telegram to Dubai in 2017 and, according to French media, has also acquired citizenship of the United Arab Emirates, in addition to being a citizen of the twin-island Caribbean nation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
