Experts: Powell seems more dovish, most policymakers are expected to agree to cut interest rates by 25 basis points in September
Economists Gregory Daco and Lydia Boussour from EY-Parthenon said, "Powell seems more dovish than his peers. Nevertheless, unless there is substantial deterioration in the labor market in the coming weeks, we still expect most policymakers to support a 25 basis point rate cut in September."
