Dookey Dash: Unclogged, a new skilled-based non-fungible token game from the Bored Ape Yacht Club and Mutant Ape Yacht Club NFT collection creator Yuga Labs, continues gaining massive traction among gamers. A few hours after the NFT game went live on various app stores, it jumped to the top 10 in the United States of America (USA) Apple Store and the top 100 in the worldwide app market.
Dookey Dash Keeps On Gaining Massive Traction
Launched late last week, Dookey Dash: Unclogged is a skilled-based intuitive game from Yuga Labs and Faraway, allowing gamers to win some rewards after a successful game win. Even though this game was initially meant for non-fungible token holders, anyone can now play whether they are an NFT-holder or not,” said Faraway Chief Product Officer Spencer Tucker.
Founded in 2021, Yuga Labs is a renowned digital asset incubation studio focused on shaping the future of web3 through storytelling, experiences, and community. The digital asset company is home to popular non-fungible token collections, including the Bored Ape Yacht Club, Mutant Ape Yacht Club, Bored Ape Kennel Club, Twelvefold, Otherdeed, Mara, Kodamara, Voyagers, and Sewer Pass, an NFT collection required to participate in the new Dookey Dash: Unclogged NFT game.
On the other hand, Faraway is a digital game studio renowned for building and publishing some of the most famous open-economy games, including the upcoming Dookey Dash: Unclogged, Serum City, Legends of the Mara, and more. Faraway makes hyper-social blockchain games with player-driven economies, where players build factories, houses, and electricity stations to earn resources. Yuga Labs and Faraway started and grew together in 2021 in Miami, Florida, United States.
The Yuga Labs and Faraway team have set aside a $1 million prize pool for the new winner. The new Dookey Dash: Unclogged is powered by ApeChain, an Ethereum L2 Network developed by Yuga Labs. Last year, the same team launched their first version of the Dookey Dash game. At the time, the game also gained traction, letting Kyle “Mongraal” Jackson take home over $1.63 million worth of Ethereum.
Dookey Dash Jumps Into Top 10 In The US App Store
After a few days of successful on-chain testing, Faraway and Yuga Labs have launched their game on Google Play and the Apple Store. In less than 24 hours, the Dookey Dash game app has gained mainstream adoption among gamers, climbing to the top ten in the USA app store. On a global scale, the Dookey Dash game has jumped to the top 100, now competing with renowned games like Candy Crush, Temple Run, and more.
